PLANETA - CASA DE AMÉRICA LITERARY AWARD 2007

CHILDREN'S LITERATURE NATIONAL PRIZE OF ARGENTINA 2012

Pablo De Santis is a literature graduate, writer, journalist and comicstrip writer. His work has been very well-received by reading public and critics alike. His ideal novel is one in which the reader should not feel disappointed, where, beyond all the complications, something is consummated and a good ending functions as narrative closure and as an opening up to interpretation. He was awarded the Planeta / Casa de America Literary Award 2007 for his novel El enigma de París (The Paris Enigma) and the National Prize 2012 of Children's Literature of Argentina.

“De Santis's literature ranks me as one of its supporters

since long time ago. (...) De Santis is gifted with

an incredible intelligence and fantasy."
