A group of artists, the Designers of All Things, are charged with designing animals and plants for a world still under construction. Following rules dictated by the Ancient in Charge of Wisdom, they cannot mix the Vegetable Kingdom with the Animal Kingdom. Odaer, a young designer, will use his tenacity and great imagination to achieve his dream, a creature that can fly like a bird and be as beautiful as a flower: butterflies. This is a metaphor about the power of effort, commitment and hope in making your dreams come true, the secret is never to stop dreaming and to never give up.
