Just when she feels that she's getting over being widowed and putting the pain of the loss behind her with a new husband and child, a woman is confronted with loose ends from her past in the form of a strange offer: someone wants to purchase the niche containing the ashes of her first husband Aldo. Suddenly signs and premonitions come flooding back to her: indications that her marriage wouldn't last long.
