Leo is a late-blooming adolescent who does not know what to do with his life.With no job and a pretty uncertain future, he undertakes a series of unusual occupations before deciding to ask his brother Gabriel for help.Together they go in search of their father, another character marked by failure, particularly because of his outlandish endeavors: growing lettuce that becomes a plague; raising otters, which he cannot bring himself to kill and has to give away as pets; or buying a lot of billiard tables that are then swept away by a rising river. Nevertheless, the three of them manage to find common ground in a strange project involving carnivorous plants.
